Discover

We’re all about finding a good fit. And that applies to our client relationships too. First, we’ll ask about you, tell you about us, and talk about our terms, so everyone knows what to expect. If everyone is happy, we’ll move to stage 2.

Qualify

Search

After developing the resourcing plan, we get to work executing it. We usually start by reaching out to our extensive network to start building a pool of potential candidates for your role.

Match

Our recruiters hold a stage 1 interview with all interested candidates to assess whether they may fit with your skills and behavioural requirements. We’ll only shortlist the people we think you’d want to talk to.

Deliver

We’ll set up candidate interviews, handle all feedback and even manage the offer and negotiations when you find your perfect candidate. No juggling communications with multiple people – we do the heavy lifting for you.

Evaluate

Once your new team member has been in place a while, we’ll contact you both to see how things are going. If everyone is happy (they always are – check out our proof points), we’ll close the process. But if not, we’ll help you to reach a better outcome.
