JOB DETAILS
A pioneering manufacturer of advanced 3D printing solutions for high-performance applications is seeking a technically skilled Pre-Sales Specialist. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of printing operations, product testing, and client support with a clear path toward becoming Head of the Pre-Sales Department.
You’ll be central to improving print processes, collaborating with R&D, supporting sales and marketing with samples and demos, and interacting with clients both in-house and onsite.
Your role involves:
- Print room operations – Planning, managing, and executing daily 3D print activities
- Process improvement – Studying support structures, optimising parameters, and enhancing print quality and speed
- Cross-department collaboration – Working with R&D, sales, and marketing on materials testing, product demos, and content creation
- Client-facing support – Managing sample production and occasional on-site visits to solve technical issues
- Initiative & autonomy – Owning your tasks, contributing ideas, and supporting product and workflow innovation
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Hands-on experience with processes and materials in related manufacturing environments
- Strong technical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to collaborate across R&D, sales, and marketing functions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education – 5-year degree or post-master’s in a relevant technical or engineering field preferred
- Languages – Fluent in Italian and English
- Bonus – Familiarity with additive manufacturing environments
