ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Customer Success Manager/Key Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor driving long-term growth and satisfaction within key enterprise accounts. Your work will directly influence customer retention, expansion, and value realization from their investment in the platform and AI-powered capabilities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Nurture & grow enterprise relationships with engineering and product development leaders to drive adoption and renewals
- Onboard new customers, guiding them through implementation, integrations, and tailored use case development
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and inspiring cross-functional teams (product, support, engineering) to drive improvements
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, presenting new modules, AI agent features, and scaling automation within customer organizations
- Monitor account health metrics usage, engagement, outcomes and take proactive actions to ensure successful ROI
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Proven success in a Key Account or Customer Success role, ideally working with engineering services and SAAS.
- Experience nurturing and scaling relationships within mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Strong consultative selling and advisory approach, with a focus on customer outcomes and value
- Comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders (e.g., engineers, IT leads) and executive sponsors
- Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot)
- Demonstrated ability to hit retention and expansion targets in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Technically curious and able to understand and explain complex technologies like CAD automation and AI agents
- Based in Germany or able to work effectively within CET time zone
- Self-motivated, proactive, and outcome-oriented with a collaborative mindset
