JOB DETAILS:
As an Account Executive, your mission is to introduce manufacturers, engineering firms, and product teams to a transformative solution that automates CAD, simulation, costing and now includes always on digital engineering assistants to dramatically speed up development cycles.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and demoing this cutting-edge platform to closing high value deals.
- Position strategic AI innovation, showcasing how AI agents can handle repetitive engineering tasks around the clock, supercharging productivity and accelerating time to market.
- Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with engineering leaders and technical decision-makers, guiding them through use case discovery and tailored solutions.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Experience in solution based or consultative selling, with a focus on long term value creation
- Success in a B2B SaaS sales role, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or technical software
- Experience managing the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and qualification to demo and close
- Proven ability to sell into technical audiences, including engineers and product development teams
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) to manage pipeline and forecast accurately
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Technically curious, with the ability to grasp and explain complex product capabilities (AI, automation, CAD, etc.)
- Based in Germany or able to work effectively within CET time zone
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with a collaborative approach to teamwork and learning
